I was on my own for a weekend, so I forked the Agile Manifesto.
3 changes from the original:
- The term “software” has been replaced by “solution”, so that the document is open to more fields of activity.
- The term “project” has been replaced by “solution lifecycle”, to more clearly dissociate agile solution development (adaptive continuous flow) from project management (waterfall with predetermined start and end)
- The delivery frequency of weeks-months has been replaced by hours-weeks, to be more in line with modern delivery practices.
